To have control and ability to finely control/vary outputs and make them Independent of Mains Frequency variation, we developed Flux Control by means of Electronic circuitry. The inherent reliability & robustness of C.V.T’s. is now incorporated in these products. All A.C. & D.C. C.V.T. based Products are manufactured in Controlled and Passive varieties.



Passive D.C. Power Supplies :

All passive components, very rugged & high reliability, multiple D.C. o/p: from 5w to 5Kw ±10% against Freq., I/p variables & Load. Weight and size is large compared to Electronic D.C. Power Supplies

Passive A.C. Sinewave Regulators :

Stored energy gives instant o/p response to load changes. CVT resonant transformer & o/p filter gives o/p sine wave distortion <10% and o/p within ±8% against all variations, 25VA to 15KVA o/p VA.



Regulated D.C. Power Supplies :

Stored energy gives instant o/p response to load changes. Transformer Flux being controlled electronically gives ruggedness & reliability. Controlled Flux gives precise o/p control. O/p Voltage within ±1% against all variables



Regulated A.C. Sinewave Regulators :

Stored energy gives instant o/p response to load changes. CVT resonant transformer & o/p filter gives o/p sine wave. Transformer Flux being controlled electronically gives regulation, ruggedness & reliability. Controlled Flux gives precise o/p control. Introduction This “Universal Static Transfer Switch” (USTS), is a Single Pole (Neutrals Common) automatic static transfer switching unit designed to provide fast automatic transfers between two independent, synchronous or asynchronous AC power sources to provide continuity of AC power to critical equipment, such as information technology equipment, process control equipment, etc.
One of the two AC inputs is designed as the “preferred” source to which the USTS will connect the load as long as the designated input source is within the acceptable limits, the USTS is designed to transfer the output load to the alternate input source, if the alternate source is within provides the acceptable voltage limits.

The USTS fast, Make-before-break transfers, between the two sources and prevents interphase currents during transfers between the two sources.
The control circuitry ensures that the transfer time is within the tolerance of IEEE Standard 446 susceptibility curve for Information Technology Equipment to allow uninterrupted load equipment operation.
In case of overload and phase shift the USTS gives indication only on front panel. Green colour indicates healthy condition and Red colour is for out of range condition. Under Short-circuit condition the fuses in series with the Sources protect source and the load.

Manual Bypass Switch: The entire power static switch module is hot swappable. Before removing this module the load is transferred, without break to any one of the sources by using the Manual bypass switch, which is of Make before Break type. After replacing the static switch module, the load is restored on static switch module, using the Manual bypass switch.



Electromagnetic Products

We Tried to develop Special Purpose Transformers and also Indigenize them. Many Projects were undertaken from time to time. During the course of these Projects we developed; (i) Nitrogen Annealing facility for Magnetic Materials, (ii) Slitting facility for Magnetic steel sheets and rolls, (iii) Shearing Facility for magnetic sheets, (iv) Automatic and Manual Presses for Stamping and Lamination Dies. To these facilities was added electrical and Electronic Instruments and active and Passive Loads for Variety of Testing
